The above applicant hereafter referred to as "Ambassador" or "Member" applies for an Ambassador Account with a member community of the Moxey network. The Moxey network is classified as a barter or trade network and serves as a record keeper of credits and debits for goods and services that are traded through the network. These credits and debits are referred to as Moxey or Moxey dollars.

This agreement, along with the current versions of the "Moxey Terms and Conditions," the "Moxey Ambassador Policies & Procedures", and the "Moxey Compensation Plan Details" constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall be binding upon the Member and their heirs, successors, personal representatives, agents and assigns of the Member. Applicant affirms that any accompanying line of credit is conditioned upon the personal guarantee by the Applicant and hereby personally and unconditionally guarantees payment of any debt incurred in regard to the account issued to the applicant.  This application, signed by the Applicant ("You") is subject to approval by TradeAuthority, LLC (dba "Moxey"). You agree that Moxey's acceptance of this application is subject to your compliance with all the terms and conditions herein, as well as the "Moxey Terms and Conditions", the "Moxey Ambassador Policies & Procedures", and the "Moxey Compensation Plan Details."
